Police search for a man responsible for a robbery at a credit union in Jackson

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– On Wednesday around 6:25 p.m., officers are searching for a man who they say committed a robbery at American 1 Credit Union in Jackson on E. Michigan Ave.

Officials say the suspect entered the credit union and gave a note that ordered the teller to turn over the money to him. The suspect then showed the teller his gun that was in his waistband.

Officials also say the suspect has not been identified but can be seen clearly in the photo above. The suspect is believed to have worn a wig and had fake facial hair.
