The following list was compiled from reports to area law enforcement agencies:

Owensboro Police Department

• Robert Clark, 62, of the 700 block of Devonshire Drive, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, first offense, aggravated circumstances on Monday.

• Harvey Gilliam, 51, homeless, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct in the second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, third or subsequent offense, methamphetamine, on Monday.

• John M. Crisp, 27, homeless, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, first offense, one headlight, fleeing or evading the police in the second degree (on foot), operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, contempt of court and burglary in the third degree on Tuesday.

• Susan K. Jamison-Colwell, 48, homeless, was charged with public intoxication of a control substance excluding alcohol and a registered sex offender school restriction violation on Tuesday.

• Aaron S. Lanham, 52, homeless, was charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance, excluding alcohol, criminal mischief in the third degree, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct in the second degree and violating a Kentucky EPO/VDO on Monday.

• Mark A. Embry, 41, of the 800 block of Oglesby Court, was charged with failure to wear a seat belt and possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, on Monday.

• Scottie Clemons, 47, homeless was charged with possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, methamphetamine, on Monday.

• Sergio S. Kelly, 41, of the 4000 block of Town Square Court, was charged with criminal trespassing in the second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, methamphetamine, on Monday.

• An aggravated assault, strangulation in the first degree, was reported in the 300 block of East Third Street on Tuesday.

• A theft of items in the amount of $250 were reported from a residence in the 700 block of Poplar Street on Monday.

• A DVR for a security system was reported stolen from a residence in the 700 block of Jed Place on Sunday.

• Funds were reported missing from a bank account in the amount of $14,900 in the 2900 block of Frederica Street on Thursday, May 2.
