The following list was compiled from reports to area law enforcement agencies:

Owensboro Police Department

• Jenna R. Whittinghill, 23, of the 3500 block of Jefferson Street was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.

• James A. Saint, 35, of the 1300 block of Bowie Trail was charged Thursday with first-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree rape.

• A tractor with a front-end loader and towing attachments worth $12,000 was reported stolen Thursday from the 2900 block of Veach Road.

• Power tools, batteries and a battery charger were reported stolen in a Wednesday burglary at a home in the 2600 block of Old Hartford Road.

• A juvenile on a scooter, Abel Stallings, was injured Thrusday when he was struck by a sport utility vehicle driven by Laurie A. Dill at 5:323 p.m. Thursday on Daviess Street near East 14th Street. Reports say Stallings complained of pain and was transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

• Alex J. McDaniel, 38, of the 3000 block of Legion Boulevard was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
