Police reports for May 14, 2024
The following list was compiled from reports to area law enforcement agencies:
Owensboro Police Department
• Charletta R. Davis-Suttles, 36, homeless, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault (police or probation officer).
• Richard B. Heyne, 55, of the the 1800 block of Ashberry Road was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Aaron W. Newcom, 37, of Rockport, Kentucky, was charged Sunday with first-degree promoting contraband.
• Julie D. Rucker, 60, of the 500 block of Walnut Street was charged Monday with second-degree criminal possession of a
forged instrument.
• A juvenile was charged Thursday with second-degree terroristic threatening.
• A juvenile was charged Friday with third-degree assault (EMS, Fire, Rescue Squad).
• Cash worth $580 was reported stolen from two cash registers and a cash box in a Friday burglary at Jumpin’ Jacks, 715 West Parrish Ave.
• Property including two John Deers Gators, two generators, four tables and two tents were reported stolen Sunday from the 100 block of East Veterans Boulevard. One of the gators and a generator were recovered.
• A Pontiac Sunfire worth $1,000 was reported stolen Sunday from the 1200 block of Jackson Street.
• Power tools and yard tools were reported stolen Saturday from the 300 block of Salem Drive.
Daviess County Sheriff’s Office
• A window sustained vandalism damage when a window was busted out Saturday in the 3200 block of East Sixth Street.
Kentucky State Police
• Annabelle Bradley, 21, of the 1400 block of West Third Street was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
• Grace Garretson, 37, of Brentwood, Tennessee, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
• Michael R. Sanders, 58, of Fordsville, was charged Monday with driving under the influence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
