The following list was compiled from reports to area law enforcement agencies:

Owensboro Police Department

• Kennette J. Diaz-Nunez, 28, homeless, was charged Wednesday with attempted second-degree burglary.

• Damon C. Denson, 50, of the 100 block of Tamarack Road was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

• Robert D. Gillespie, 54, of Hartford,

was charged Thursday with first-degree wanton endangerment.

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

• Joseph D. Hudson, 39, of Sacramento, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence, first-degree wanton endangerment and tampering with physical evidence.

• Connie L. Simmons, 54, of the 3600 block of Becker Drive was charged Thursday with first-degree strangulation.

• A burglary was reported Wednesday in the 10100 block of Kentucky 662 in Maceo.
