The following list was compiled from reports to area law enforcement agencies:

Owensboro Police Department

• Raymond K. Baxter, 71, of the 1300 block of Haynes Avenue, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

• Donte J. Douglas, 27, of the 1900 block of Meadow Grove Drive, was charged Sunday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/substance.

Kentucky State Police

• Jacob Talley, 18, of the 7000 block of Kentucky Highway 60 East in Waverly, was charged Saturday with receiving stolen property (firearm).

• Byron W. Owen Jr., 33, of the 5000 block of Millers Mill Boulevard, was charged Saturday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance.

• Byron E. Rightmyer Jr., 36, of the 1100 Gilbert Lane, was charged Saturday with driving with a DUI suspended license (third offense).
