Police: Man assaulted by group of teens in Arlington

ARLINGTON COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — The Arlington County Police Department (ACPD) was investigating after a man was assaulted by a group of teenagers late Wednesday night.

Just before midnight, police were dispatched to an assault in the 3500 block of 23rd St. S. ACPD said a man was in the area when eight teenage suspects approached him.

The group assaulted him, stole his personal property and fled the scene.

The man was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a hospital.

Despite officers canvassing the area, ACPD said they weren’t able to find any suspects.
