Celso A. Ajche Vicente, 40, of 66 Convent St., Norwich, was charged May 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Robert F. Fox, 55, of 31 1/2 Lester Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged May 7 with second-degree breach of peace and Saturday with violation of a protective order.

Bailey Holstein, 26, of 12 White Rock Road, Westerly, R.I., was charged May 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Matthew Tousley, 39, of 581 Hopeville Road, Griswold, was charged May 7 with violation of a protective order.
