Police investigating shots fired near Howard and 10th streets

The Port Huron Police Department is investigating reports of shots fired in an alley near the intersection of Howard and 10th streets Saturday.

Assistant Police Chief Brian Kerrigan said police received 911 calls from the area around 9:30 p.m., and investigators found bullet casings in the area matching a handgun.

No one was injured in the shooting, and no suspects have been identified.

"We don't have a lot of information right now," Kerrigan said.
