Police investigating after robbery leads to shooting

WARR ACRES, Okla. (KFOR) – Oklahoma City Police are investigating after an attempted robbery led to a shooting Tuesday morning.

According to police, the incident happened at an apartment complex near NW 36th St. and MacArthur Blvd. around 1 a.m.

Officials say three suspects broke into an apartment when the resident who lived there started shooting at them, hitting one of the suspects.

The suspect that was shot was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and was later arrested. The other two suspects left the scene.
