Police Escort Republican Congressman From Raucous Town Hall

Republican Congressman Tom McClintock faced raucous opposition on Saturday, February 4, at a town hall in Roseville, California. Police capped attendance at 200 people, while hundreds more were outside unable to get in.

Attendees frequently booed McClintock as he defended the actions of President Donald Trump and the Republican-led Congress. Police escorted McClintock through the crowd outside the venue after the hour-long event. Credit: Facebook/Maria Tran via Storyful
