Police chase involving alleged stolen vehicle ends near South College Technology Park in Auburn
AUBURN, Ala. (WRBL) — A police chase in Auburn came to an end when the suspect – allegedly driving a stolen vehicle out of Florida – dumped the car and started running. Police were able to take him into custody after a quick foot chase.
Afterward, investigators and a K-9 unit searched the land across from Briggs & Stratton along South College looking for items the suspect allegedly tossed while running away.
Auburn police are expected to release the man’s name and charges later today.
Nobody was injured in the chase.
