Police arrest Baton Rouge bank robbery suspect
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — A man accused of robbing a Baton Rouge bank was arrested by detectives Friday, May 10.
The Baton Rouge Police Department said an anonymous Crime Stoppers tip led to the arrest of Byron Harris, 46. Investigators developed a suspect after the Wednesday, May 8 Chase Bank robbery on Airline Highway.
Harris was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and charged with simple robbery.
