Police: 72-year-old man fatally stabbed in Largo

LARGO, Md. (DC News Now) — The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) said it was investigating a fatal stabbing inside a home in Largo.

PGPD said on Monday, just before midnight, officers responded to the 700 block of Narrowleaf Dr., where they found 72-year-old Lee Harding Jr. suffering from stab wounds.

He was taken to the hospital, where he died several hours later.

PGPD said it was still working to find a motive behind the stabbing and who was involved. Preliminary, investigators believe that this was a targeted attack.
