Police say 1 shot at store in Vancouver, Wash.

VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — Police say one person has been shot at a business in Vancouver, Wash.

Authorities say the shooting happened just before noon Monday at a Benjamin Moore Paint store. Police spokeswoman Kim Kapp told KGW-TV that officers were searching the area for a shooter.

The gunman has been described as a bald man in his 60s, 5-foot-11, about 205 pounds, with brown eyes and wearing a blue coat.

No other details were immediately released.

Vancouver is near Portland, Ore., on the north bank of the Columbia River. It's the fourth largest city in Washington, with a population of more than 161,000.
