Poland lifts blockade at all border crossings with Ukraine, Border Guard Service reports
Polish farmers concluded their blockade of Ukrainian trucks at the Rava-Ruska-Hrebenne checkpoint at 10 a.m. EET, with truck traffic now resuming, Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service reported on Facebook on April 29.
“The registration and passage of trucks across the border in both directions is being carried out as usual,” the report said, adding that there is currently no accumulation of trucks from Ukraine at the border, which exit the country in an e-queue system.
At the same time, according to available information, trucks transporting grain are allowed to enter Poland only in transit mode.
On April 22, Polish protesters ended the blockade of trucks on the road leading to the Yahodyn-Dorohusk checkpoint, which had been in place since Feb. 9.
Polish protesters began to restrict traffic on the border with Ukraine on Feb. 20. Trucks were blocked at the Medyka-Shehyni, Dołhobyczów-Uhryniv, Zosin-Ustyluh, Korczowa-Krakivets, Hrebenne-Rava-Ruska, and Dorohusk-Yahodyn checkpoints.
The border blockade was accompanied by cases of political provocations and damage to Ukrainian agricultural products.

Polish farmers went on a major strike on March 20, with road blockades and protests taking place across the country. They completely blocked truck traffic at the Yahodyn and Rava-Ruska border crossings.
