Play of the Day: The New $100 Bill

Friday was the day after the dedication of the George W. Bush Presidential Library Museum and late-night television was still on the topic. Jay Leno continued jokes about the former president’s intelligence level, as did David Letterman. Bill Maher relived the early 2000s, as well, taking deep shots at Bush, Cheney and the entire state of Texas during his monologue. In the process, Maher referenced missing WMDs, the undead and John F. Kennedy assassin Lee Harvey Oswald.

Treasury’s new $100 bill was also a player in monologues Friday night. Leno had jokes about the state of the U.S. economy, while Letterman explained the new security features on the bill.

Fast forward to 3:55 to see Late Night’s Jimmy Fallon show audiences how the White House is using Vine.
