Pie on Pi day? Yelp reveals where the top pie in Wisconsin is

(WFRV) – March 14 is commonly referred to as Pi Day because the date has the same first three numbers (3/14) as the iconic mathematical symbol. Coinciding with that day, Yelp released a list showing 50 pies in 50 states that people need to try.

Each entry in Yelp’s list — dubbed “50 states, 50 pies you need to try” — was selected following an analysis of businesses in the Yelp database that featured “a large concentration of reviews mentioning ‘pie,'” according to Yelp. Those businesses were then narrowed down based on several criteria, including each establishment’s Yelp rating, to help identify the “top pie” in each state, Yelp says.

To celebrate Pi Day on March 14th we’ve rounded up the top pie in each state according to Yelp data. Join us in celebrating with a mouth watering slice (or two).
