Pickerington building department grants more than $1.4 million in building permits

PICKERINGTON − The Pickerington building department recently awarded $1,485,271 worth of building permits.

The majority of it went to Pickerington Local School District for a fire alarm system at The Early Learning Center at 13430 Yarmouth Road for $1.4 million.

Here are the other permits the city issued:

  • A $75,000 permit to Ebright Development LLC for tenant buildout at Saraa Grocery at 8220 Refugee Road.

  • A $6,272 permit to JC Clark Properties LLC for heating and air conditioning replacement work at Breakthrough Medical Plus at 38 E. Columbus St.

  • A $4,000 permit to OhioHealth for a sprinkler system at 1010 Refugee Road.
