Voting Sandy

Rockaway resident Saajida O'Quinn wears a protective mask as she prepares to vote in a makeshift tent set up as a polling place at Scholars' Academy, PS 180, in the Rockaway neighborhood on November 6, 2012 in the Queens borough of New York City. The Rockaway section of Queens was one of the hardest hit areas and O'Quinn's home was damaged in Superstorm Sandy.
