James E: You asked the wrong question of the guy who lied to the American people. Who along with his #$%$ pal Cheney, cost this Nation thousands of lives, untold pain and suffering, and trillions of dollars with their deliberate effort to start a phony war. His trying to deflect responsibility on to a "majority of the Senate and House who made the decision based upon the information Bush had", is pure Rumsfeld, he failed to admit it was bogus info that was designed and presented to mislead the world on weapons of mass destruction. How hypocritical to say if he were Powell he would be pretty embarrassed. Nothing smells worse than those kind of statements from someone of his ilk, that history has and will continue to pillar for his acts. You can't change spots on this evil individual, you can ask him if he is an American before being a Republican. Is his allegiance to his Country over a Political Party? He does not have the guts to answer that question.
