    Authorities released hundreds of pages of documents on March 27 that provide new insight into how the 2011 Arizona shooting occurred and the motivations behind gunman Jared Loughner. Six people were killed in the attack and several people, including then-Rep. Gabrielle Giffords were seriously injured. (AP)
