The family dream home that Ron Howard built with his high school sweetheart (now wife) sold for a record-breaking $27.5 million. The buyers were Netscape magnate Jim Clark, 70, and his wife, 35-year-old Victoria's Secret model Kristy Hinze, who have two young children.
