OAP calendar recreates famous movie poses
A retirement home of OAPs have recreated the Golden OLDIE age of cinema - by putting themselves into famous movie scenes. Fun-loving seniors at Contilia Retirement Group in Essen, Germany, got the movie star treatment and dressed as the leading men and ladies from a selection of iconic movies.
The images, for their annual calendar named 'Classics 2014', includes picture perfect recreations of blockbuster films as James Bond, Mary Poppins, Titanic, Dirty Dancing and The Blues Brothers.
A total of 5,000 copies of the calendar were printed and given to retirement home staff members, residents and their families.
But since the images made their way onto the web demand has boomed in Germany with people all across the country trying to get their hands on a copy. (Caters News)
