13-Year-Old Wins Big Dough by Spelling Type of Dough

The winner of the Scripps National Spelling Bee this year was 13-year-old Arvind Mahankali from Queens, spelling an obscure Yiddish word for dumpling. He has been sprinkled with confetti and given a trophy, along with $30,000.
