Kenya mall attack

About 12 to 15 Gunmen entered the Westgate Mall on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013 hurling grenades and firing on shoppers inside stores and mall hallways. The militants targeted non-Muslims.

The al Qaeda-linked al Shabaab group took responsibility for attack on the Westgate center,

killing at least 67 people, in revenge for Kenya's military campaign

against its fighters inside Somalia. (Associated Press)
