A Providence City truck was struck by a falling tree from the winds of Tropical Storm Irene in Providence, R.I., Sunday, Aug. 28, 2011. The worker was taken to a local hospital. Irene was to continue weakening as it passes over New England, and it's expected to move over eastern Canada by Sunday night. It remains a massive storm, however, with powerful winds extending more than 300 miles from the center. (AP Photo/Stew Milne)
