A Rochester cemetery 5 years after Irene

Looking at Woodlawn Cemetery today, it’s hard to tell the property was torn apart by hurricane Irene just five years ago. But according to cemetery commissioner Marvin Harvey, it’s taken a while to finally get there. He said he remembers how the entire town was severely impacted.
