Republican presidential candidates face each other in a series of debates. On Wed., Nov. 9, Texas Gov. Rick Perry struggled to remember the names of the three federal agencies that he would eliminate if elected president. "Commerce, Education and the — what's the third one there? Let's see," Perry said.
