We had our reporters and readers tweeting us photos of the Endeavour as it traveled from LAX to the California Science Center -- here they are!
Dan: The definition of terrorism is in the eye of the beholder. Many nations believe that the USA has sponsored terrorism by providing weapons and support to dictators who have used those American made weapons to massacre their own people such as the Shah of Iran, Marcos, etc... Why don't they have a right to sue the US Government for billions of dollars too? Terrorism is NOT defined by western standards because one man's terrorist act is another man's act of freedom fighting. The families of the 9-11 victims already received $2 MILLION+ TAX FREE DOLLARS for the loss of their loved ones but GREED has reared it's ugly head again. If the US Government determines that Saudi Arabia was responsible for the 9-11 terrorist act then the US Government has the right to take military and/or economic actions against them. Private citizens should not have the right to promote themselves to the level of a government in order to sue another sovereign government. That is the purpose of having a US Government in the first place. I am just a rationale US citizen who foresees this bill as being a complete financial disaster for the USA in the future.
