Texas tornado likely had 200 mph winds, officials say

Ten tornadoes touched down in several small communities in North Texas overnight, leaving at least six people dead.

A string of at least 10 tornadoes hit north Texas on May 15, killing at least 6 people. Several other people remain unaccounted for. In Granbury, Texas, about 65 miles southwest of Dallas, about 50 people were injured. According to the National Weather Service, another tornado about a mile wide tore through Cleburne, Texas, about 25 miles southeast of Granbury.
