Dave1962: Merriam Webster Insult: to do or say something that is offensive to (someone) : to do or say something that shows a lack of respect for (someone). (Or in this case a group.) "he declared to minorities: "You live in poverty, your schools are no good, you have no jobs, 58 percent of your youth is unemployed?" " he insisted without evidence that foreign "war zones" are "safer than living in some of our inner cities." Racists will not see the insult because in their racist minds, this is only the truth. It is not the truth about most blacks and black neighborhoods. Then he said, "(Elect me) What the hell do you have to lose?" Well if you look at the states run by Republicans, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas etc and look at how blacks are doing in those states and then compare it to states run by Democrats, Illinois, New York, California you see blacks do much better in Democratic states than Republican ones, so have a lot to lose. Because Trump is a racist, he says racist things, even when he is trying to relate and connect.
