PHOTOS: Stafford County deputies investigating burglary spree

STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) said it was investigating a burglary spree that all happened early Sunday morning.

On the morning of April 20, deputies responded to a shopping area at 736 Warrenton Rd. for multiple burglaries.

Four businesses in the shopping area had been broken into and had items stolen. The suspects had gotten in through forcing the back doors open with what appeared to look like crowbars, SCSO said.

Surveillance footage showed that three people had carried out the spree at around 4:30 a.m.

The burglaries were still being investigated as of Monday evening. Anyone with information was asked to call (540) 658-4450.
