Afraid of flying? You might want to look away for this one. Photos of a Pegasus Boeing 737-800 that skidded off a runway in Turkey and almost crashed into the Black Sea have surfaced, and they’re terrifying. Thankfully, no one on board was injured, but we have a feeling this is an experience none of the passengers will ever forget.

The plane veered off track this weekend after overrunning the runway, according to the AIRLIVE website. They reported that the plane was headed straight towards the Black Sea, and noted that 168 crew members and passengers were on board at the time of the incident.

AIRLIVE stated that it was raining when the plane — which was traveling between Ankara and Trabzon — lost control. ABC News reports that they spoke to one of the pilots, who mentioned an issue with the plane’s right engine.

Pegasus Airlines has since issued a statement, reiterating the fact that even though the incident looked frightening, everyone on board was safely evacuated.

“We’re sorry to report that the Boeing 737-800 type TC-CPF registered aircraft of Pegasus Airlines Flight Number PC 8622 Ankara-Trabzon flight scheduled at 18:25 UTC tonight, had a Runway Excursion Incident during landing at Trabzon Airport (13 January 2018),” it said. “All 162 passengers, 2 pilots and 4 cabin crew have been disembarked safely from the aircraft. There has been no loss of life or injury to anyone on-board.”

They also stated that they’d make more information available to the public once it became available.
