PHOTOS: The OTHER Royal Weddings (Yes, There Are Other Royals)

America, like the rest of the world, got the royal feverwhen Catherine and Prince William wed last year. ButTheRoyal Wedding wasn't the only royal wedding.

We tend to forget, but there are twelve different monarchies in Europe (including Vatican City, where the Pope is the "king") not to mention kings, princes and princesses across the Middle East (Queen Rania, anyone?), Asia and Africa. Then there are those, like our dear Prince Lorenzo Borghese, who are born with the royal prefix despite having no ruling power.

Which means Royal Power Couple Will and Kate will just have to scooch over and share the spotlight: there are plenty of other royals getting married all the time. Here's a look at some of our favorites who tied the knot in 2011, from thehigh-profile union of Prince Albert II and Charlene of Monacotothe ultra-adorable King and Queen of Bhutan.

This is our second post commemorating the royal wedding anniversary on April 29.Click here for more royal wedding coverage!
