Photos: Northern lights dazzle across Western New York skies

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An unusually strong solar storm led to a rare northern lights appearance in the Western New York night sky Friday into Saturday, as the pink and green-hued aurora dazzled onlookers around the area.
