It came and went! The much-talked about solar eclipse made its way across Mexico, the United States, and Canada on Monday afternoon.

The eclipse kicked off in Mexico around 2:07 p.m. EDT, before moving into Texas around 2:27 p.m. EDT.

Those in the path of total and partial totality in Canada started to experience total darkness around 3:19 p.m. EDT.

It ended in Maine at 3:35 p.m. EDT.

Millions of spectators donned their eclipse glasses to witness this extraordinary celestial event.

Many travelled far and wide to be able to see the thrilling event and experience bouts of darkness and dramatic drops in temperature during totality.

The first images came out of Mazatlan, Mexico and the amazing images kept coming from cities like Dallas, Niagara Falls, and Montreal as the event continued.
