The Greenville High School class of 2024, with 365 graduates, was awarded $17 million in scholarships, the highest amount Principal Jason Warren can remember in his decade-long tenure at the school.

Warren, who will be leaving his position as Greenville High's principal after this year, was asked what stood out to him about this Greenville High class.

"You know what, it was how good they are at so many different things. Whether it was fine arts, our fine arts department, both the band and the orchestra, had these crazy record years while they were here at school," Warren said, "So did the athletic department and so did speech and debate, our academic team. So it was this wide cross-section of all the different parts of the school."
