A federal judge rejected a mistrial request from Martin Shkreli, whose lawyer claimed news stories about opinions expressed by prospective jurors would taint the jury pool, CNBC reports. As of Tuesday afternoon, more than 180 potential jurors had been dismissed from serving over the course of a two-day search, according to The New York Business Journal.
