Person assaulted, robbed on Highway 90: Mobile Police
MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police officers are investigating after a man robbed a person Wednesday morning, according to a news release from the department.

Officers were called to the 5400 block of West Highway 90 around 5:45 a.m. Wednesday for a report of a robbery.
The release said officers found that someone was approached by a man armed with a knife who demanded the person’s money.
The man also allegedly assaulted the person before leaving the area.

The victim was taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.
Police say this is an ongoing investigation.
