Perfect pickleball weather

Oct. 19—WATERFORD — Waterford Beach pickleball members took advantage of the nice weather Thursday to play doubles matches at Waterford Beach park.

The group gathers at the park at 8:30 a.m. daily and creates four pickleball courts on the two tennis courts at the park.

The stretch of fair fall weather is not expected to last. According to the National Weather Service, clouds will move in Thursday afternoon. Showers are likely Friday, and on Saturday the chance of rain is 80 percent.
