DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — State Police have released their five most wanted in the Dauphin County area.

Pennsylvania State Police Lykens released the most wanted list on Monday and the charges include drugs and child endangerment.

Below are the five most wanted from PSP Lykens:

Pennsylvania State Police investigating Fulton County infant death

• Stephen Mihalick, 39, is wanted for flight to avoid apprehension, terroristic threats and other offenses. He is 5’09”, weighs 145 pounds, and has blue eyes and brown hair. He is believed to be in the Williamstown area.

• Harlan Segar, 23, is wanted for aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children, He is 6′, weighs 160 pounds, and has brown eyes with black hair. He is believed to be in the Harrisburg area.

• Nathan Keys, 40, is wanted for theft, fleeing and eluding police, resisting arrest, drug delivery and other offenses. He is 5’05”, weighs 200 pounds and has blue eyes with black hair. His whereabouts are unknown but he is believed to be in the Harrisburg area.

• John Weaver, 45, is wanted for endangering the welfare of children and drug possession. He is 6’01”, weighs 225 pounds and has brown eyes with brown hair. His last known whereabouts are unknown but he is believed to be in the Elizabethville area.

• David Samuel, 66, is wanted for a firearms act violation and has additional warrants for his arrest by different law enforcement agencies, He is 5’07”, weighs 140 pounds and has brown eyes with black hair. He is believed to be in the Harrisburg area.
