Penns Woods declares third-quarter dividend

Aug. 23—Penns Woods Bancorp Inc., the holding company of Luzerne Bank, Jersey Shore Bank and United Insurance Solutions, announced a cash dividend of 32 cents per share for the third quarter of 2023, said Richard A. Grafmyre, CEO of Penns Woods.

The company also declared a cash dividend of 32 cents per share for the second quarter of 2023.

The dividend will be paid Sept. 19 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 5.

Luzerne Bank operates eight branch offices throughout Luzerne County.
