VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 11, 2015) - PDC Biological Health Group Corporation (CSE:PHG) ("PDC" or the "Company") (PLAINTIFF) announces that it has file a Notice of Civil Claim in the supreme court of British Columbia against:

1. The Defendant, Sanum Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH ("Sanum") is a corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of Germany.

2. The Defendant, Sanum-Kehlbeck GmbH & Co. KG ("Sanum-Kehlbeck") is a corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of Germany.

3. Sanum and Sanum-Kehlbeck are related or affiliated corporations, although the full nature of their relationship is not known to the Plaintiff.

4. At all material times, Sanum and Sanum-Kehlbeck produced and marketed homeopathic or related health products ("Sanum products").

5. At all material times, the Defendant, Reiner Kehlbeck, owned a controlling interest or was the operating mind of Sanum and Sanum-Kehlbeck.

6. At all material times, the Defendant, Marion Lembke, was employed by Sanum or Sanum-Kehlbeck.

RELIEF SOUGHT BY THE PLAINTIFF

1. The Plaintiff claims the sum amount of $6,500,000.00, being the total amount of net profit it reasonably expected to earn under the Distribution Agreement.

2. The Plaintiff claims general and special damages for its losses incurred as a result of its reliance on the agreements made with the Defendants, Sanum and Sanum-Kehlbeck.

3. The Plaintiff claims general and special damages for its losses incurred as a result of its reliance on the fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations of the Defendants, Mr. Kehlbeck and Ms. Lembke.

4. The Plaintiff claims interest pursuant to the Court Order Interest Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c.79 from the date of this claim until the date of judgment.

5. The Plaintiff claims costs.
