Patti Davis, President Ronald Reagan’s daughter, caused a stir when she first posed nude for Playboy in 1994—not only because she was the daughter of a president, but because she was twice as old as most playmates at age 42. Now, at 58, she has posed nude again, this time for the June issue of More magazine. Along with the age-defying picture, she pens an article about how she went from a drug-addled teenager, wasting away, to a woman who decided to build up her body from scratch. That’s not to say she doesn’t still struggle. “Of course, there isn’t a gym in the universe that can completely stop the clock. Time has etched itself on my body in ways that I dislike. The texture of my skin is different; I can detect a bit of crinkliness here and there. And I’m quite upset with my elbows.” Still, she says, “It’s sometimes a delicate dance for all of us. Most of the time, though, I get it right ... as long as I don’t focus on my elbows.”
