BCSO: Crash on I-40 West leaves two people dead
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Two people were killed in a crash on I-40 west near Route 66 Casino Thursday morning, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
BCSO said a semi-truck crossed over from I-40 west into the eastbound lanes. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. All eastbound lanes of I-40 and one westbound lane are closed in the area of mile marker 140.
