Pa. residents arrested in pre-dawn business disturbance
Apr. 29—CUMBELAND — Two Pennsylvania residents were taken into custody when Cumberland Police investigated a disturbance complaint at a Welton Drive business at 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
Cariee M. Fittzgerald, 23, of Uniontown, and Bobbi L. Patterson, 31, of Brownsville, were arrested on assault and disorderly conduct charges after they began fightning as officers arrived at the business.
Fitzgerald posted $1,500 bond and Patterson posted bond of $2,500 for pre-trall release. Both defendants are now awaiting trial in district court.
