While P.K. Subban may have moved on to the Nashville Predators the province of Quebec hasn’t forgotten him and are firmly behind the defenseman as he tries to win the Stanley Cup.

We saw two weeks ago when a Montreal bar changed its named to Chez Subban, and now we have a Laval pastry chef offering a very sweet honor for P.K.

Lawrence Vourtzoumis spent over 24 hours crafting and baking this two-foot tall P.K Subban Stanley Cup cake, complete with his signature fedora.

Here’s Vourtzoumis speaking to CityTV about his masterpiece:

A life-sized P.K. cake? That’s something that should into the Hockey Hall of Fame, first ballot.

On the bright side, should Subban and the Predators fall short in their quest for the Cup this spring, Vourtzoumis and his fellow P.K. fans will have plenty of cake available to eat away their sorrows.
