At its meeting at 4 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, the Owensboro City Commissioner will consider the following:

• Proclaim “National Municipal Clerks Week.”

• Proclaim “National Police Week.”

• Recognize the retirement of Chuck Lanham, road worker, effective April 30.

• Consider board appointments.

• Consider a municipal order approving the 2024-25 Annual Action Plan for Community Development Block Grant and Home Investment Partnership Funds, prepared by the Community Development Department.

• Consider a municipal order to apply for a grant through the Department of Justice to reimburse OPD for 50% of the cost of bullet proof vests, for a total reimbursement of $16,273.

• Consider a municipal order authorizing the city to execute a third addendum to the Management and Lease (with option to purchase) agreement between the city and RiverPark Center.

• Consider a municipal order providing 50% reimbursement of ad valorem (excluding school taxes), general fund net profits and general fund occupation tax revenues for a five-year period, for property at 2808 West Parrish Ave.

• Consider new hires.
