Overturned semi-truck slows traffic along Hwy 99 near Taft Highway

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Traffic is slowed down along northbound Highway 99 Wednesday morning due to an overturned semi-truck, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Caltrans said two lanes of traffic are open following the semi-truck crash.

2-vehicle crash temporarily caused traffic delays on Brundage Lane

The semi-truck crash was reported at around 10:53 a.m. in northbound lanes of Highway 99 just south of Taft Highway, according to CHP’s Traffic Incident Information Page. Minor injuries were reported in the crash.

The semi-truck was blocking northbound lanes, CHP reported. Drivers were making their way through a center divider.
